New orbital elements of Phoebe, the IX satellite of Saturn

Abstract

On the basis of analysis of Phoebe (Saturn IX) observations of 1898–1981 a new system of parameters of its orbit was obtained. The new orbital elements represent observations of the satellite in the geocentric system of coordinates with the mean quadratic error of 1.5″.
