Die quantitative Bestimmung der Aminosäuren in Futtermitteln. Das Kartoffeleiweiß

Zusammenfassung

Die Anschauung, daß die günstigen Ergebnisse der Fütterungsversuche mit Kartoffeleiweiß auf die Aminosäurezusammensetzung zurückzuführen sind, wurde durch die Eiweißbausteinanalyse bestätigt. Fütterungsversuch und errechnete biologische Wertigkeit stehen in Einklang.

Eine papierchromatographische Methode wird beschrieben, um sämtliche Aminosäuren in Futtermitteln quantitativ bestimmen zu können.

Summary

The idea that the favorable results of the feeding experiments with potato albumin are to be ascribed to the amino acid composition was confirmed by the albumin structural analysis. Feeding experiments and calculated biological activity are in agreement.

A paper chromatographic method is described for the quantitative determination of the total amino acids in foodstuffs.

Résumé

L'attribution intuitive des résultats favorables des recherches sur l'alimentation des animaux avec les matières albuminoïdes de la pomme de terre à leur composition en aminoacides a été confirmée par l'analyse des constituants des protéides. Ces résultats sont en accord avec la valeur biologique escomptée.

Description d'une méthode de chromatographic sur papier permettant la détermination quantitative de tous les aminoacides des substances fourragères.
