Zusammenfassung
-
1.
-
a)
19 Ratten mit Mikro-Allgemeinbestrahlungen.
-
b)
19 Ratten mit Mikro-Hirnbestrahlungen.
-
c)
19 Ratten ohne Mikrobestrahlungen.
-
4.
Als wirksame indirekte Faktoren werden angesehen:
-
a)
Desensibilisierung der Strombahn.
-
b)
Anregung des Mesenchyms, besonders des Retikuloendothels.
-
c)
Aktivierung der Lymphopoese.
-
d)
Anregung der endokrinen Organe, besonders der Nebenniere.
Summary
-
1.
Earlier examinations showed that small irradiations are causing a diminution of changes effected by a subsequent high roentgen ray dose. For histological changes the Malpighian bodies of rat spleen were taken as test material.
-
2.
In order to differenciate between direct and indirect effects 3 groups were examined:
-
a)
19 rats withgeneral-microirradiations;
-
b)
19 rats with microirradiations of thebrain only;
-
c)
19 ratswithout microirradiations.
A dosis of 300–600 r of general application by all animals was added.
The Malpighian bodies of the spleen showed in a) a normal structure, in b) lesions of lower degree, in c) serious changes.
-
3.
Thus, irradiations of the brain with 1–20 r seem to have, in the case of a general body lesion, a diminishing effect, but this effect is less obvious than in case of general irradiation, as a direct influence of rays does not exist.
-
4.
This effect disappears after some weeks. Indirect effective factors are:
-
a)
desensitization of bloodcirculation,
-
b)
mesenchym stimulation expecially of the reticulo-endothelial system,
-
c)
lymphopoetic activation,
-
d)
stimulation of endocrine organs especially of suprarenal glands.
Résumé
-
1.
-
a)
19 rats par irradiation générale micro-dose;
-
b)
19 rats par irradiation du cerveau micro-dose;
-
c)
-
4.
On note comme facteurs efficaces indirects:
-
a)
désensibilisation des voies sanguines,
-
b)
stimulation mésenchymale, spécialement du système réticulo-endothéliale,
-
c)
activation lymphopoètique,
-
d)
-
a)
19 ratti con irradiazioni generali a micro-dose;
-
b)
19 ratti con irradiazioni del cervello a micro-dose;
-
c)
19 ratti senza irradiazioni a micro-dose.
Quell'effetto sparisce dopo alcune settimane.
-
4.
Si notano come fattori indiretti efficaci:
-
a)
dissensibilizzazione delle vie sanguinee,
-
b)
stimulazione mesenchimale specialmente del sistema reticulo-endoteliale,
-
c)
attivazione linfopoetica,
-
d)
stimulazione di organi endocrini specialmente dei sureni.
