Über Konstitution und keimplasmatische Wuchs- und Funktionstendenzen

Zusammenfassung

• 1. Die drei HabitushaupttypenKretschmers—leptosom, athletisch, pyknisch—sind nicht identisch mit jenen Typen, die durch hormonelle Dysfunktion entstehen. In den Hormonen liegt also nicht die Ursache für das Vorhandensein der drei genannten Haupttypen.

• 2. Es gelingt im Tierversuch, durch Eingriffe am Keim Veränderungen in bezug auf die Sonderentwicklung der Keimblattsysteme zu erreichen. Die so entstehenden Varianten werden mit den erwähnten drei Konstitutionsvarianten beim Menschen verglichen und eine analoge Entwicklung wird angenommen. Die Annahme wird durch morphologische Beispiele und den Nachweis besonderer Disposition zu gewissen somatischen und psychischen Erkrankungen zu stützen versucht.

• 1. The principal types ofKretschmer, i. e., leptosome, athletic, and pyknic, are not identical with types which are due to a hormonal dysfunction. Consequently, the said types are not of hormonal origin.

• 2. It is possible to induce alterations in the development of the blastodermic systems of animals by means of an operative lesion of the germ. The variations thus obtained have been compared with the three constitutional types of man, of whom an analogous development may be supposed. An attempt has been made to prove this hypothesis by means of morphological examples and by pointing to the special propensity for certain somatic and psychical diseases.

• 1. Les trois types principaux deKretschmer: leptosome, athlétique, pyenique —ne sont pas identiques aux types dûs à une dysfonction hormonelle. Ces trois typesKretschmeriens ne sont donc pas d'origine hormonale.

• 2. Chez l'animal on réussit à provoquer des variations évolutives blastodermiques à la suite d'une lésion germinale opérative. Ces variantes sont comparées aux variations constitutionelles de l'homme dont un développement analogue peut être supposé. L'auteur essaye à prouver cette hypothèse par des exemples morphologiques et par une disposition spéciale pour certaines maladies somatiques et mentales.

• 1. I tre tipi principali diKretschmer — leptosomo, atletico, picnico — non sono identici coi tipi dovuti ad una disfunzione ormonale. Per conseguenza i tre tipi suddetti non sono di origine ormonale.

• 2. Nell'animale è possibile provocare variazioni dello sviluppo dei sistemi blastodermici dopo lesione operativa germinale. Si comparano le varianti ottenute alle tre varianti constituzionali dell'uomo e si suppone uno sviluppo analogo. Si cerca di consolidare questa ipotesi con esempi morfologici e la prova di una disposizione speciale per certe malattie somatiche e psichiche.
