1.

1.
The acute diffuse forms of hepatitis frequently show acute glomerulotubulonephrosis of a different degree with or without diffuse sero-cellular interstitial nephritis. Also sero-fibrinous venous intravasates and secondary thromboses may be found. These alterations represent a “dysoria” of the glomeruli, the interstitial tissue, and the walls of the veins. The existence of interstitial nephritis and of the intravasates may lead to a rupture of the walls of the tubuli and to an extravasation of cylinders. Different factors may participate in the aetiopathogenesis of the acute renal alterations. We do not believe, however, that the degree of their participation may be estabilished without the help of experimental also neurohormonal research. The access of certain factors, which influence the membranes, the permeability of which is already changed, causes a high degree of acute renal alteration. The picture of the kidneys described belongs to the general type which, at present, is called nephrosis of the caudal nephrone.

2.
At hepatic cirrhosis, the damage of the kidneys is a glomerulo-tubulonephrosis with or without diffuse or zonal interstitial sclerosis, alterations, which result from a proteinaemia, which is connected with plasmocytosis. At hepatic cirrhosis with certain specific complications or with certain secondary diseases one may find an acute alteration as faras exists, of the same type as observed at the acute forms of hepatitis of the general type of nephrosis of the caudal nephrone.

3.
Dysproteinaemia as well as plasmocytosis and the alterations os permeability are perhaps influenced by an alteration of the neuro-thalamic regulation.
Résumé

1.
