Zusammenfassung
-
1.
Summary
-
1.
As already mentioned and casuistically proved the combined therapy of salicylic acid and panthenol is highly effective in degenerative rheumatic arthroses, when panthenol is given intravenously. It is clinically favorable to give 3g salicylic acid in some portions over a day and every 2nd day 0,5g panthenol intravenously (e. g. 1 ampouleBebanthen “Roche”).
-
2.
The mechanism of action is discussed and as a work's hypothesis an inhibition of the coënzyme A is admitted.
-
3.
Relations with the vegetative nervous system are shown and one warnes to use active medicamental therapy in all rheumatic processes before the vegetative equilibrity i. e. since a certain hypo-parasympathetic tone is reached.
-
4.
Such a one can be obtained under given circumstances with acetylcholine but not through the cholinesterase-inhibitors asprostigmine andmestinon etc.
Résumé
-
1.
