Das Nervengewebe im Stroma des Basalioms

Zusammenfassung

Bei zwei verwandten Formen von multiplen superfiziellen Basaliomen wird die Anhäufung von vegetativen Endformationen und interkalären Zellen beobachtet. In einem Fall finden sich die genannten Veränderungen in umschriebenen Bezirken in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Neubildung, und zwar dort wo eine Verlängerung und Verbreiterung der Reteleisten den Beginn der epithelialen Geschwulstentfaltung anzuzeigen scheint. Im anderen Fall begegnet man ihnen auch noch in den zentralen Stromaabschnitten. Besonderheiten in der Lagerung und in der Struktur des nervösen Gewebes wie der zugeordneten Elemente werden für die Deutung der Befunde herangezogen.

Summary

In two related forms of multiple superficial basaliomata, the accumulation of vegetative terminal formations and intercalary cells is observed. In one case, the aforementioned changes are found in circumscript areas in the immediate vicinity of the new formations, and that in the place where a prolongation and broadening of the reticular ledges seem to indicate the beginning of the epithelial development of the swelling. In the other case, they are also found in the central current sections. Peculiarities in the position and structure of the nervous tissue and of the attached elements are taken into consideration for the interpretation of the findings.

Résumé

Chez deux formes de basaliomes superficiels multiples, on observe l'accumulation de formations terminales végétatives et de cellules intercalaires. Dans un cas, les altérations en question se trouvent dans les régions circonscrites autour des formations nouvelles, et cela où une prolongation et un élargissement des liteaux réticulaires paraissent indiquer le commencement du développement des enflures épithéliales. Dans l'autre cas, on les trouve aussi dans les sections de courant centrales. Les particularités de la position et de la structure du tissu nerveux et des éléments attachés sont prises en considération pour l'interprétation des constatations.
