Untersuchungen der neurovegetativen Reaktionslage bei Migränekranken nach der mediaphoretischen Methode

Zusammenfassung

Die Verfasser haben nach der mediaphoretischen Methode 70 Migränekranke und 100 gesunde Kontrollpersonen untersucht. Sie stellten eine hohe Adrenalin-Reaktivität in 94,85% und eine hohe cholinophoretische Reaktivität in 88,57% der Migränekranken fest. Zur Zeit des Migräneanfalls werden hohe Adrenalinwerte bei verhältnismäßig niedrigen für Acetylcholin ermittelt.

Summary

The authors examined 70 patients suffering from hemicrania as well as 100 healthy control subjects by means of the mediaphoretic method.

In 94.85 per cent of the patients, they found a high adrenaline reactivity and in 88.57 per cent an increased cholinophoretic one.

During the attack, high adrenaline values and comparatively low acetylcholine values were ascertained.

Résumé

Les auteurs ont examiné, à l'aide de la méthode médiaphorétique, 70 patients souffrant d'hémicranie ainsi que 100 individus sains servant de contrôle.

Chez 94,85% des patients, ils ont pu trouver une réactivité adrénalinique élevée, et chez 88,57% une réactivité cholinophorétique augmentée.

Durant l'attaque, on a établi des valeurs élevées de l'adrénaline et des valeurs relativement basses de l'acétylcholine.
