Zusammenfassung
-
1.
Summary
-
1.
The autonomic nervous system in the kidney and gall bladder of the alloxan diabetic dog has been examined by silver impregnation and light microscopy.
-
2.
The kidney of the alloxan diabetic dog shows degenerative changes of the autonomic nervous system. These consist of torsion, convoluting and disruption of nerve fibres. In addition there exists a granular degeneration and hyperargyrophilia of the nerve fibres.
-
3.
In the gall bladder of the alloxan diabetic dog a granular degeneration of the nerve fibres surrounding the ganglion cells and of the autonomic nerves in the vessel walls is to be seen.
-
4.
The pathological findings of the autonomic innervation can be derived from the altered metabolism of diabetes mellitus. One can distinguish between nervespecific fibre degeneration and a passive change of the nerve fibres by disturbances of the connective tissue. The morphological findings are correlated with results of the biochemical literature.
Résumé
-
1.
