Conclusions
-
1.
Optimal conditions have been determined from the formation of BiTel thin films, corresponding to the structure and composition of the crystals of this substance.
-
2.
A good correlation of the structural analysis data with the results of investigating the mechanical properties of BiTel films has been established experimentally.
