Abstract
A study is made of the cathode luminescence of zinc sulfide of various modifications and structural forms in the temperature range 80–400°K. Laws and temperature coefficients of the shift of the resonance and edge luminescence bands are obtained for perfect specimens and for specimens with stacking defects.
