Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Ergebnisse elektromyographischer Untersuchungen an einem neurochirurgischen Krankengut berichtet. Beim Hirntumor im vorderen Schädelbereich findet man eine erhöhte Aktionsstromtätigkeit in den vom N. trigeminus versorgten Muskeln der Tumorseite, während bei subtentoriellen Geschwülsten eine Seitendifferenz der sogenannten Ruheaktivität im Accessoriusgebiet bestehen kann. Ferner wird gezeigt, daß bei entsprechender Lokalisation des krankhaften Prozesses ein gesteigerter Reflextonus in der kontralateralen Extremität zu registrieren ist. Bei Herdepilepsien wird teilweise eine gruppenförmige Anordnung der Aktionsströme in den herdkontralateralen Extremitäten gefunden. Daß auch bei Erkrankungen des vegetativen Nervensystems Veränderungen im Elektromyogramm zu sehen sind, wird kurz erwähnt.

Summary

A report has been made on the results of electromyographic investigations on patients who were in need of neurosurgical treatment. At cerebral tumor in the front part of the skull, an intensified action-current activity is found in the muscles of that part of the tumor which is innerved by the trigeminal nerve, while at subtentorial swellings a lateral difference of the so-called rest activity in the region of the accessory nerve may exist. Further, it has been shown that at sufficient localization of the morbid process an intensified reflex tonus may be registered in the contralateral extremity. At localized epilepsies, the action currents are found to be partly arranged in groupes in the extremities which are contralateral to the focus. Short mention has been made of the fact that also at diseases of the vegetative nervous system changes may be seen in the electromyogram.

Résumé

On a rapporté sur les résultats d'investigations électromyographiques sur des patients qui avaient besoin d'un traitement neurochirurgical. Chez le tumeur cérébral dans la partie antérieure du crâne, on trouve une activité intensifiée du courant d'action dans les muscles de cette partie du tumeur qui est innervée par le nerf trijumeau tandis que chez des tuméfactions sous-tentorielles une différence latérale de la soi-disant activité de repos dans la région du nerf accessoire peut exister. De plus, on a montré que chez une localisation suffisante du procès morbide une tonicité de reflexe intensifiée peut être registrée dans l'extrémité contre-latérale. Chez des épilepsies localisées, on trouve que les conrants d'action sont arrangés par parties en groupes dans les extrémités contre-latérales au foyer. On a mentionné brièvement que l'on peut voir des changements dans l'électro-myogramme aussi chez des maiadies du système nerveux végétatif.
