Zum Problem der intercalären Zellen

Zusammenfassung

Die am präterminalen Netz seitlich hängenden vonFeyrter als intercaläre Zellen bezeichneten Elemente lassen sich in Ehrlich-Präparaten nicht von Bindegewebszellen unterscheiden. Da feinste marklose Nervenfasern oder Neurofibrillen auch im Plasma von Bindegewebszellen verlaufen, wie das in Silberpräparaten zu beobachten ist, kann es beim Eintritt der vom Schwannschen Gewebe umhüllten marklosen Nervenelemente in das Plasma der verästelten Bindegewebszellen zu einer Verschmelzung des Schwannschen Leitplasmodiums mit dem Bindegewebszellplasma kommen. Die Anwesenheit der in der Literatur bekannten interstitiellen Zellen im Bereich des präterminalen Netzes und des Terminalreticulums muß hervorgehoben werden.

The elements laterally adhering to the preterminal reticulum and called intercalary cells byFeyrter cannot be distinguished from connective-tissue cells inEhrlich's preparations. Since extremely fine non-medullated nerve fibrils or neurofibrils take their course also through the plasma of connective-tissue cells, which may be observed in preparations stained with silver, the entrance of the non-medullated nerve elements enveloped inSchwann's tissue into the plasma of the ramified connective-tissue cells may lead to a fusion ofSchwann's conducting plasmodium with the connective-tissue cell plasma. Special attention must be called to the presence of the interstitial cells known in the literature within the region of the preterminal and of the terminal reticulum.

Les éléments adhérents latéralement au réseau préterminal et appelés cellules intercalaires parFeyrter ne peuvent pas être distingués de cellules conjonctives dans des préparations d'Ehrlich. Parce que des fibrilles nerveuses ou neurofibrilles nonmyélinisées extrêmement fines suivent leur cours aussi au travers du plasma de cellules conjonctives, ce que l'on peut observer dans des préparations imprégnées avec de l'argent, l'entrée des éléments nerveux enveloppés dans le tissu deSchwann dans le plasma de cellules conjonctives ramifiées peut mener à une fusion du plasmodium conducteur deSchwann avec le plasma des cellules conjonctives. On dout faire ressortir la présence des cellules interstitielles connues dans la littérature au dedans de la région du réseau préterminal et du réseau terminal.
