Die normale und pathologische Anatomie der vegetativen nervösen Peripherie unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der intercalären Elemente (Boeke)

Zusammenfassung

Einige besondere und aktuelle morphologisch-biologische Fragestellungen im Bereich der vegetativen nervösen Peripherie und ihrer ganglionären Regulationsstätten sind unter anderem die folgenden:

• 1. Die physiologische Überprüfung der These vom Strombogen im vegetativen neuralen Endnetz.

• 2. und 3. Die Erforschung der unterschiedlichen physiologischemischen und pharmakodynamischen Leistung der beiden intercalären Zellarten im Bereich der peripheren Synapse, insbesondere bei der Entzündung unter Zuhilfenahme der nativen Gefrierschnittfärbung.

• 4. Die pharmakodynamische Ausprobung der Extrakte aus den unterschiedlichen Neuromen der vegetativen neuralen Peripherie auf ihre Erfolgsgewebe.

• 5.a) Die pharmakodynamische Ausprobung der Extrakte aus Gliomen.

• 5.b) Die morphologisch-klinische Bearbeitung des Begriffes “Status neuromatosus”.

• 6. und 7. Die morphologisch-biologische Erforschung intramuraler Ganglien unter Anwendung der nativen Gefrierschnittfärbung.

• 8. Die Umspritzung vegetativer Ganglien im Tierkörper mit blanden, nicht resorbierbaren Reizstoffen (Stärke- oder Tuscheaufschwemmung und dergleichen) zum Stadium sowohl der hiedurch verursachten histologischen Ganglienzellveränderungen, wie der klinisch-morphologischen Auswirkung derartiger gezielter chronischer Dauerreizung vegetativer Ganglien auf ihre Erfolgsgewebe.

Summary

Some of the special and actual morphological-biological problems concerning the vegetative nervous periphery and its ganglionic regulation points are, among others, the following ones:

• 1. The physiological examination of the thesis of the current-arc in the vegetative neural terminal reticulum.

• 2. und 3. The investigation into the different physiological-chemical and pharmacodynamical functions of both kinds of intercalary cells in the region of the peripheral synapse, particularly in the case of inflammation, with the aid of the native coloration of frozen sections.

• 4. The pharmacodynamical investigation of the effects of the extracts from different neuromata of the vegetative neural periphery on the tissues reacting to their stimulation.

• 5.a) The pharmacodynamical investigation of the effects of the extracts from gliomata.

• 5.b) The morphological-clinical work on the term “status neuromatosus”.

• 6. und 7. The morphological-biological investigation into intramural ganglia with the aid of native colorations of frozen sections.

• 8. The injection of bland non-resorbable stimulants (starch or Indian ink suspension and the like) into vegetative ganglia of the animal body in order to study the histological changes of the ganglion cells caused thereby and the clinical-morphological effects of such intentional chronical permanent stimulation of vegetative ganglia on the tissues reacting to their stimulation.

Résumé

Les problèmes suivants sont, parmi d'autres, quelques-uns des problèmes morphologiques-biologiques spéciaux et actuels concernant la périphérie nerveuse végétative et ses points de régulation ganglionnaires:

• 1. L'examen physiologique de la thèse de l'arc de courant dans le réseau terminal neural végétatif.

• 2. et 3. L'investigation des différents fonctions physiologiques-chimiques et pharmacodynamiques des deux espèces de cellules intercalaires dans la région de la synapse périphérique, particulièrement chez l'inflammation, à l'aide de la coloration native de coupes à la congélation.

• 4. L'investigation pharmacodynamique des effets des extraits de différents neuromes de la périphérie neurale végétative sur les tissus répondant à leur stimulation.

• 5.a) L'investigation pharmacodynamique des effets des extraits de gliomes.

• 5.b) Le travail morphologique-clinique sur le terme «status neuromatosus».

• 6. et 7. L'investigation de ganglions intra-muraux à l'aide de colorations natives de coupes à la congélation.

• 8. L'injection de stimulants anodins non-résorbables (suspension de fécule ou d'encre de Chine et d'autres substances pareilles) dans des ganglions végétatifs du corps animal pour étudier les changements histologiques des cellules ganglionnaires causés par cela et les effets cliniques-morphologiques d'une telle stimulation permanente chronique intentionnelle de ganglions végétatifs sur les tissus répondant à leur stimulation.
