Über neurosekretorische Veränderungen der Hypophyse bei Lebercirrhose

Zusammenfassung

• 1. Es wird an Hand der Monographie vonL. Rosselli del Turco undM. Matteini, sowie anderer einschlägiger Angaben des Schrifttums dieHyperbasophilie und entsprechende Sekreteinsonderung der Adenohypophysebei der Lebercirrhose besprochen.

• 2. In ähnlicher Weise wird dieantidiuretische neurale Hormonproduktion im Hinterlappen des Gehirnanhanges hervorgehoben.

• 3. Wird bei zwei splenomegalen Lebercirrhosen eines einschlägigen Untersuchungsgutes die Hyperbasophilie mit entsprechender Neurotropie erhärtet.

• 4. Wird die mächtige Neurosekretion des Hypophysenhinterlappen in beiden Fällen aufgezeigt., Einschlägige. Bilder veranschaulichen die Auffälligkeiten der in Gomoripräparaten nachBargmann sichtbar gemachte Ablagerung des Antidiuretins.

• 1. Based on both the monograph byL. Rosselli del Turco andM. Matteini and other indications in the literature relative to the matterhyperbasophilia and corresponding inward secretion of the anterior lobe of the hypophysis in the case ofcirrhosis of the liver are discussed.

• 2. In a similar way, particular mention is made of theantidiuretic neural production of hormones in the posterior lobe of the hypophysis.

• 3. Furthermore, hyperbasophilia with corresponding neurotropy has been proved in two cases of splenomegal cirrhosis of the liver using research material relative to the matter.

• 4. Besides, the mighty, neurosecretion of the posterior lobe of the hypophysis is demonstrated in these two cases. Pictures relative to the matter illustrate the remarkable depositions of antidiuretin made visible in the Gomori preparations according to the method ofBargmann.

• 1. Basé sur la monographie parL. Rosselli del Turco etM. Matteini et sur d'autres indications dans la litérature relatives à la matièrel'hyperbasophilie et la sécrétion en dedans correspondante du lobe antérieur de l'hypophyse dans le cas dela cirrhose du foie sont discutées.

• 2. On a mentionné particulièrement, d'une manière pareille,la production antidiurétique neurale d'hormones dans le lobe postérieur de l'hypophyse.

• 3. En outre, on a prouvé l'hyperbasophilie avec la névrotropie correspondante en deux cas de cirrhose splénomégale du foie faisant usage du matériel de recherche relatif à la matière.

• 4. On a démontré aussi la névro-sécrétion puissante du lobe postérieur de l'hypophyse en ces deux cas. Des photographies relatives à la matière illustrent les dépôts remarquables d'antidiurétine rendus visibles dans les préparations de Gomori d'après la méthode deBargmann.

• 2. Si nota particolarmente in modo similela produzione antidiuretica neurale di ormoni nel lobo posteriore dell'ipofisi.

• 3. Inoltre si prova l'iperbasofilia con la neurotropia corrispondente in due casi di cirrosi epaticasplenomegale servendosi di un materiale, di ricerca relativo alla materia.

• 4. Si dimostra la neuro-secrezione potente del lobo posteriore dell'ipofisi in questi due casi. Fotografie relative alla materia illustrano i depositi notevoli diantidiuretina resi visibili nelle preparazioni di Gomori secondo il metodo diBargmann.
