Neue Anschauungen über die Funktion der Großhirnrinde unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Forschungen K. M. Bükows

Zusammenfassung

Aufbauend auf den ForschungenPawlows hatK. M. Bükow den Einfluß der Großhirnrinde auf das Organgeschehen dargestellt.

• 2. An Hand zahlreicher Experimente wird gezeigt, daß sich in jede unbedingt reflektorische Organtätigkeit auch bedingt reflektorische Einflüsse entscheidend einmischen. Sie sind nachBükow in der Großhirnrinde zu lokalisieren und wirken von dort aus regulierend auf das Stammhirn einerseits und auf das Hypophysensystem anderseits.

• 3. Die Leistung der Hirnrinde besteht in ständigen Analysen der Um- und Inweltreize und einer angepaßten individuellen Reaktion.

• 4. Bei der Koordinierung von innerer Sphäre und Umwelt wird die Bedeutung der bisher vernachlässigtenOrganinterorezeptoren besonders hervorgehoben. Von diesen Interorezeptoren aus können bedingte Reflexe beliebig aufgebaut werden.

• 5. Die physiologische Bedeutung dieser Interorezeptoren wird an aus dem Körperkreislauf vasal ausgeschalteten und künstlich perfundierten Organen demonstriert.Durch interorezeptorische Reizung können von ihnen aus auf rein nervalem Wege körperliche Allgemeinreaktionen wie Blutdruckänderungen u. ä.erzielt werden. Die inkretorischen Organe nehmen dabei eine Sonderstellung ein, da von ihnen aus zum Teil paradoxe interorezeptorische Allgemeinwirkungen zu erzielen sind.

• 6. Die neuen Anregungen, die aus denBükowschen Forschungen für das Problem der Psychosomatik gewonnen werden können, werden an dem Beispiel einer neuen Deutung vegetativer Verstimmungszustände aufgezeigt.

• 2. He shows in numerous experimental studies that every function which is due to an unconditioned nervous reflex is also influenced by conditioned reflex action. According toBuekow this latter action is located in the cerebral cortex wherefrom it controls the brain stem on the one hand and the pituitary system on the other hand.

• 3. The cerebral cortex permantently analyses all extrinsic and intrinsic stimuli and furthermore produces an adequate and individually tinged reaction.

• 4. Regarding the coordination of the intrisic et extrinsic body sphere the importance of the so calledintrinsic receptive bodies neglected until now is especially pointed out. These intrinsic receptive bodies can form conditioned reflexes, as need be.

• 5. The physiological importance of those intrinsic receptive bodies is demonstrated on organs, in which the blood circuit is broken and which are irrigated by an isotonic fluid. As a result of intrinsic receptive body — stimulationgeneral somatic changes such as blood pressure alterations a.s.o.run over purely nerval pathways. The endocrine system often shows paradoxical reactions after stimulation by the intrinsic receptive bodies.

• 6. Psychosomatic medicine may derive encouraging stimulation byBuekow's research work, with the aid of a new outpointing of vegetative depressions.

• 1. Basé sur les recherches dePawlow, K. M. Buekow démontre l'influence du cortex cérébral sur les fonctions diverses de l'organisme humain.

• 2. Des nombreuses recherches expérimentales mettent en évidence le fait, que chaque fonction purement réflecteure de l'organisme est supplémentée de plus par des influences réflecteures conditionelles. D'aprèsBuekow les influences réflecteures conditionelles sont localisées dans l'écorce cérébrale, d'où elles règlent soit le tronc cérébral soit le système hypophysaire.

• 3. L'écorce cérébrale analyse continuellement les stimulations exogènes et endogènes et donne suite à une réaction strictement individuelle.

• 4. À l'égard de la coordination de la sphère endogène et exogène l'importance desorganointérorécépteurs, peu remarqués jusqu'à présent, est soulignée. Ces récépteurs sont en état de donner lieu à des réflets conditionnaux à discrétion.

• 5. L'importance physiologique des organointérorécépteurs est démontrée à l'aide des organes misent hors du circuit sanguin et irrigés artificiellement. À la suite d'une stimulation intérorécéptiveles réactions somatiques générelles, comme le changement de la tension artérielle, etc.se déchaînent par voie nettement névral. La réaction du système endocrine est souvent paradoxe à l'égard des effets interorécéptifs généralisés.

• 6. Les nouvelles perspectives investigateures deBuekow concernant le problème psychosomatique sont démontrées à l'aide d'une interprétation récente des maladies dépressives végétatives.

• 1. Basando sulle ricerche diPawlow, K. M. Buekow indica l'influenza della regione corticale del cervello sulle funzioni differenti dell'organismo umano.

• 2. Delle ricerche nombrosi sperimentali provano, che ogni funzione nettamente riflettoria dell'organismo è anche supplementata da influenze riflettorie condizionali. Secondo l'opinione diBuekow i riflessi condizionali sono localizzati nella corteccia del cervello della quale regolano sia il tronco cerebrale, sia il sistema ipofisario.

• 3. La corteccia del cervello analizza continualmente tutti i stimuli esogeni e endogeni e da nascità inoltre ha una reazione adequata e nettamente individualizzata.

• 4. In riguardo alla coordinazione della sfera esogena e endogena l'importanza deiorganointeroricettori, poco conosciuti finora, è messo in rilievo. Questi ricettori sono capace di dare luogo a riflessi condizionali a discrezione.

• 5. L'importanza di questi organointeroricettori è messo in evidenza negli organi, nei quali la circolazione sanguinea fu bloccata e sostituita da una irrigazione artificiale. In seguito ad una stimulazione interoricettoriale reazioni somatiche generali, p. e. il cambiamento della tensione arteriale, ecc.,percorrono vie nettamente nevrali. Le reazioni del sistema endocrine è spesse volte paradossale in riguardo al effetto interoricettorio generalizzato.

• 6. Le nuove investigazioni diBuekow in riguardo al problema psichosomatico sono messi in evidenza per mezzo di una interpretazione recente dei disturbi depressivi vegetativi.
