Modalità del riflesso fotoglicemico in rapporto alle prove farmacodinamiche di Sturm

Riassunto

Gli AA. hanno paragonato in soggetti normali e con forme diencefalopatiche il comportamento della reazione fotoglicemica con quello delle prove diSturm all'insulina ed alla adrenalina.

I risultati ottenuti dimostrano che quando la reazione fotoglicemica è anormale è in genere abnorme pure il risultato delle prove diSturm. Il senso ed il grado di tale anormalità possono però essere diversi per le varie prove paragonate anche in uno stesso soggetto, il che indica che le singole attività, che le prove considerate riflettono, possono essere diversamente modificate nelle varie diencefalopatie.

Zusammenfassung

Die Verff. haben die photoglykämische Reaktion (ph. R). und dieSturmschen Adrenalin- und Insulinversuche bei normalen und zwischenhirnkranken Menschen vergleichend studiert.

Es wurde beobachtet, daß bei veränderter ph. R. auch die Resultate derSturmschen Tests abnorm ausfallen. Richtung und Maß dieser Veränderungen sind aber auch bei ein und demselben Kranken verschieden.

Es zeigte sich, daß die Funktionsabläufe, ausgedrückt durch die erwähnten Tests, bei den verschiedenen Zwischenhirnerkrankungen erheblich variieren.

Summary

The AA. have studied comparatively the behaviour of the photoglicaemic reaction (ph. R.) and of theSturm's test to adrenalin and insulin in normal subjects and in diencephalopatic patients.

It was observed that when the ph. R. is abnormal, also theSturm's tests are abnormal. The sense and the degree of this abnormality are however different also in the same subject.

That would mean, that the single functions which are explorated by the studied tests, can be alterated in different way in the various diseases of the diencephalon.

Résumé

Les AA. ont comparé les résultats de la réaction photoglycémique avec ceux des épreuves deSturm à l'adrénaline et à l'insuline.

Ils ont pu observer que lorsque la réaction photoglycémique est anormale il en est de même des épreuves deSturm. Le sens et le dégré de ces anormalités peuvent pourtant être différents, pour chaque épreuve étudiée, aussi chez le même sujet. Cela indique que chez les différentes diencéphalopathies les fonctions que chaque épreuve explore, peuvent être altérées d'une façon différente.
