Untersuchungen über die periphere Neurosekretion in der Appendix

Zusammenfassung

• 1. In Anlehnung an die BefundeWiedmanns in der Haut wurde die Chromhämatoxylin-Phloxinmethode (Gomori) in derRouletschen Modifikation an der Appendix mit besonderer Berücksichtigung der neurogenen Appendicopathie angewendet, um die vonJabonero postuliete periphere Neurosekretion unter Beweis zu stellen. Dabei waren die Resultate ähnlich jenen vonWiedmann.

• 2. Die Fluoreszenzmethode zur Bestimmung des Noradrenalins nachEränkö erbrachte in einem Fall einen positiven Nachweis in den Ganglienzellen des Plexus myentericus in einer menschlichen Appendix.

Basing onWiedmann's neurosecretory findings in the human skinGomori's method with chromic hematoxylin-phloxin stain (inRoulet's modification) was used in the human appendix especially in cases of neurogenous appendicopathia to prove the peripheric neurosecretion postulated byJabonero. The results were nearly the same asWiedmann's investigations.

• 2. WithEränkö's fluorescence method it was possible to verify in one case the presence of noradrenaline in the ganglionic cells ofAuerbach's plexus in the human appendix.

Basant sur les recherches neurosécréctoires deWiedmann dans la peau humaine la méthode à l'hématoxyline chromique-phloxine deGomori (modification deRoulet) fut employée dans l'appendice humain surtout dans l'appendicopathie neurogène pour mettre en évidence la neurosécrétion périphérique postulée parJabonero. Les résultats corespondent à ceux deWiedmann.

• 2. Par la méthode de fluorescence deEränkö on a vérifié dans un cas la présence de la noradrénaline dans les cellules ganglionnaires du pléxus d'Auerbach dans l'appendice humain.
