• 1. Es wird an Hand einer Reihe von Beispielen die neurogene Appendicopathie, insbesondere im Hinblick auf ihre klinische Bedeutung, besprochen.

• 2. An Hand einer Einteilung in verschiedene Typen werden ihre Abarten aufgezeigt.

• 3. Es wird dem Kliniker empfohlen, durch anamnestische eingehende Erhebungen die Typisierung zu ermöglichen und durch postoperative Kontrolle den Patienten dauernd im Auge zu behalten.

• 1. Some examples are given of the neurogenous appendicopathia especially regarding the clinic importance of the illness.

• 2. A classification shows the different forms of this appendicopathia.

• 3. Physicians are recommended to facilitate the illness's classification in pointing out exact anamnestic data and to follow from time the postoperative course of the illness.

• 1. Par une série d'exemples l'appendicopathie neurogène est démontrée surtout concernant l'importance clinique de cette maladie.

• 2. A l'aide d'une classification les formes diverses de cette appendicopathie sont mises en évidence.

• 3. On recommande au clinicien de faciliter cette classification par des dates amnestiques précises et de s'occuper de temps en temps du cours postopératoire de la maladie.
