Zur Ätiologie der primär-chronischen Polyarthritis

Zusammenfassung

Die primär chronische Polyarthritis ist ein komplexes Geschehen. Eine Vielfalt von Faktoren spielt in ätiologischer Hinsicht eine bedeutsame Rolle. Wahrscheinlich kommt es auf einen “infektiösen Anstoß” hin zu einer tiefgreifenden Umstellung des Organismus, die ihren Niederschlag in hormonellen, neurovegetativen und Stoffwechselstörungen findet. Welchem dieser Faktoren ein Primat zukommt, läßt sich nicht entscheiden. Letzten Endes ist die heute wieder in den Vordergrund getretene Betrachtungsweise fast identisch mit dem Ausdruck der im vorigen Jahrhundert geprägten Trophoneurose.

Es wird auf das Vorkommen von Nierensteinen bei drei jugendlichen Patientinnen mit primär-chronischer Polyarthritis hingewiesen.

Summary

The rheumatoid arthritis is a complex happening. The manifold parts play an important part with regard to aetiology. Probably an “infectious exiter” brings out a penetrating transposition of the organism which shows troubles in the hormonal, neurovegetative system and in metabolism. Which of these factors is predominately to be made responsible for this fact, cannot be decided with certainty.

Finally the actually again accepted view is nearly identical with the designation used in the former century for trophoneurose.

We refer to the occurences of renal calculi on three young female patients suffered from rheumatoid arthritis.
