Summary
From our experiments we can conclude that the number of the circulating eosinophils (resting level) depends on the adrenaline sensitivity: we found the highest number of eosinophils in the normal pressor response range. The number of the circulating eosinophils was statistically significantly lower in the low pressor response range as well as in the high pressor response patients.
Using different amounts of adrenaline in the same patents, we observed that different amounts caused different alterations. These alterations could be a decrease as well as an increase, or subsequently both. There was no rule to determine which of the used amounts would cause a fall or a rise of the eosinophils. We found no exact time for the observed maximal alterations. The adrenaline sensitivity had no relation to the degree of the alteration caused by adrenaline.
