Summary
The histochemic demonstration of histamine with the method byCoujard-Hatem made it possible to give a histological proof for the existence of histaminergic fibres. In this first report we tried to demonstrate histaminergic fibres in the chief nerves of the human vegetative system. We where able to show, that histamine exists in those nerves what the chemical doses let presume. Besides we saw, that the histaminergic fibres run in the nerve bundles and that they are histaminergic by exclusion of the other.
