Detection of nitro compounds on the thin-layer chromatoplate

Summary

Separation of nitro compounds on the silica gel thin-layer plate is described. The spots are detected by spraying with a 30% iminobispropylamine solution in pyridine.

Zusammenfassung

Die Trennung von Nitroverbindungen auf Kieselgel-Dünnschichtplatten wurde beschrieben. Die Flecken werden beim Sprühen mit einer 30%igen Lösung von Iminobispropylamin in Pyridin sichtbar.
