Zusammenfassung

Bedingungen für die positive Trennung höherer Fettsäuren durch Dünnschichtchromatographie werden angegeben und vorgeschlagen, die getrennten Fettsäuren mit Hilfe von Fuchsinfarbstoffen sichtbar zu machen.

Summary

Conditions for the positive separation of higher fatty acids through thin layer chromatography are stated and it is suggested that the separated fatty acids be made visible with the assistance of fuchsin dyes.

On communique les conditions de séparation positive des acides gras supérieurs par Chromatographie en couche mince; il est recommandé de révéler les acides gras, une fois séparés, par des colorants à la fuchsine.
