Microsampling techniques in laser raman spectroscopy

Summary

Laser sources for Raman spectroscopy make it possible for the chemist and spectroscopist to routinely and rapidly record the spectra of a fewμg of liquids and solids. Taking more care, as little as 0.5μg sample suffices to yield a good Raman spectra. The techniques for handling liquids, solids, and gas chromatographic fractions are described.

Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe von Laser-Strahlen lassen sich Raman-Spektren routinemäßig und rasch unter Verwendung von wenigen Mikrogramm flüssiger oder fester Substanz ermitteln. Mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt genügen sogar 0,5μg, um ein gutes Raman-Spektrum zu erhalten. Die Arbeitsweise für die Bearbeitung von Flüssigkeiten, festen Stoffen und gaschromatographischen Fraktionen wurde beschrieben.
