Preparation and characterization of 2,4-dinitro-5-aminophenyl derivatives of amino acids

Summary

This paper describes a method for theμg synthesis of 2,4-dinitro-5-aminophenyl derivatives of amino acids in a sealed capillary. The reaction products are separated and purified on the thin-layer plate. These derivatives are then coupled with a stable diazonium salt to form brightly colored yellow dyes.

Zusammenfassung

Die Mikrogrammsynthese von 2,4-Dimtro-5-aminophenylderivaten von Aminosäuren in verschmolzenen Kapillaren wurde beschrieben. Die Reaktionsprodukte werden dünnschichtchromatographisch getrennt und gereinigt. Die hergestellten Derivate werden dann mit einem stabilen Diazoniumsalz zu leuchtend gelben Farbstoffen gekuppelt.
