Zusammenfassung
Eine Methode wird beschrieben, um mittels kontrollierter Acetylierung eine Mischung von Derivaten hydroxylierter organischer Substanzen zu erhalten. Die Mischung wird dünnschichtchromatographisch getrennt, wobei die Anzahl der Flecke die der Hydroxylgruppen in der untersuchten Substanz angibt.
Summary
A method is described for obtaining a mixture of hydroxylated derivatives of organic substances by means of controlled acetylation. The mixture is separated by thin layer chromatography, the number of flecks showing the number of hydroxyl groups in the substance being studied.

On décrit une méthode pour obtenir par acétylation contrôlée un mélange de dérivés de substances organiques hydroxylées. On sépare le mélange par chromatographie sur couche mince, ce qui indique, d'après le nombre de taches, le nombre de groupes hydroxyles dans la substance étudiée.
