Zur mikroanalytischen Bestimmung von Phosphor in Ribo- und Desoxyribonukleinsäuren

Zusammenfassung

Eine mikroanalytische Arbeitsweise zur Bestimmung von Phosphor in nieder- und höhermolekularen Ribo- und Desoxyribonukleinsäuren durch Titration mit Cer(III)-lösung nach vorhergehender Verbrennung im sauerstoffgefüllten Kolben wird mitgeteilt. Die Ergebnisse werden mit denen gravimetrischer und photometrischer Verfahren verglichen. Der Fehler der Methode beträgt ± 0,5%.

Summary

A microanalytical procedure is described for determining phosphorus in low- and high molecular ribo- and desoxyribonucleic acids by titration with cerium(III) solution following combustion in flasks filled with oxygen. The findings are compared with those given by gravimetric and photometric procedures. The error of the method is ± 0.5%.

On communique un mode opératoire pour le dosage micro-analytique du phosphore dans les acides ribo et desoxyribonucléiques de poids moléculaires faibles et élevés, en titrant par une solution de cérium-III après combustion préalable dans des ballons remplis d'oxygène. On compare les résultats à ceux des procédés gravimétriques et photométriques. L'erreur de la méthode s'élève à ± 0,5%.
