Semiquantitative Autoradiographie mit Hilfe des Ringofens. III. Expositionsgerät mit kontinuierlicher Drehbewegung

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Expositionsgerät zur Chronoautoradiographie beschrieben, dessen Drehbewegung nicht wie bisher schrittweise, sondern kontinuierlich erfolgt. Durch Wegfall der Schalt- und Relaiseinrichtung ist die Betriebssicherheit des Gerätes erhöht. Eine Anleitung zur Konstruktion der erforderlichen Programmkurvenscheibe wird gegeben, mit deren Hilfe der gewünschte exponentielle Drehverlauf realisiert werden kann.

Summary

A description is given of an exposition apparatus for chronoautoradiography, whose rotational motion is continuous rather than stepwise as was previously the case. The elimination of the switch- and relay arrangement enhances the operational reliability of the apparatus. Directions are given for the construction of the requisite program curve disk with whose aid the desired exponential rotational course can be realized.

On décrit un appareil d'exposition pour la chronoautoradiographie, dont le mouvement tournant s'effectue non point pas à pas mais de manière continue. En supprimant le dispositif de coupure et de relais, on augmente le domaine de sûreté de l'appareil. On donne une méthode de construction des disques des principales courbes-programmes, au moyen desquelles on peut réaliser le tracé exponentiel souhaité.
