Neues Verfahren zur Extraktion organischer Arzneimittel und Gifte aus Leichenteilen bei toxikologischen Analysen

Zusammenfassung

Zur Isolierung organischer Gifte aus Leichenteilen sättigt man deren Wassergehalt mit Ammoniumsulfat und extrahiert bei saurer oder basischer Reaktion mit einer Mischung aus gleichen Teilen Alkohol und Chloroform in der Kälte. Nach Filtration und Abtrennung der organischen Phase werden aus deren Destillationsrückstand synthetische Arzneimittel und Alkaloide bei saurer bzw. basischer Reaktion in maximaler Ausbeute und in gut gereinigter Form extrahiert.

Summary

To isolate organic poisons from parts of corpses, their water content is saturated with ammonium sulfate and extracted (either acidic or basic reaction) with a mixture of equal parts of alcohol and chloroform in the cold. After filtering and separation of the organic phase, the subsequent distillation residue is made acidic or basic and synthetic drugs and alkaloids are extracted in maximum yield and in well purified condition.

Résumé

Pour isoler les poisons organiques de fragments prélevés sur des cadavres, on sature l'eau qu'ils contiennent par du sulfate d'ammonium et l'on extrait par réaction acide ou alcaline au moyen d'un mélange à parties égales d'alcool et de chloroforme à froid. Après filtration et séparation de la phase organique, on extrait du résidu de sa distillation des médicaments synthétiques et des alcaloïdes par réaction acide ou basique avec un rendement maximal et sous une forme bien purifiée.
