Zusammenfassung
Über den Einsatz eines leistungsfähigen IR-Spektrophotometers mit fokussierender Reflexionseinheit zur Aufnahme von IR-Reflexionsspektren geringster Probenmengen auf einem unebenen, nichtmetallischen, nur teilweise mit der zu untersuchenden Substanz überzogenen Trägermaterial wird berichtet. Die Spektren werden im Hinblick auf die Probenpräparation interpretiert.
Summary
The use of a high performance IR-spectrophotometer equipped with a micro specular reflectance accessory for the identification of small amounts of an organic residue on a strongly curved, non-metallic, partially covered material is reported. An interpretation of the spectra and the effects of sample preparation is given.
