Spektrophotometrische Bestimmung von Kupferspuren mit 1,5-Diphenylthiocarbohydrazid

Zusammenfassung

Eine spektrophotometrische Methode zur Bestimmung kleiner Mengen Kupfer wird beschrieben. Wenige Milliliter der Probelösung vom pH 2,5, die 1,8–15μg Kupfer enthalten können, werden in einem Schütteltrichter mit 0,6 ml alkoholischer Reagenslösung (30 mg/25 ml) und mit 1 g festem Natriumsulfit versetzt. Nach Ergänzen des Volumens auf 10 ml mit deionisiertem Wasser, wird mit dem gleichen Volumen n-Butylacetat extrahiert und bei 455 nm spektrophotometriert.

Summary

A method of spectrophotometric determination of copper is described. A few ml of a solution (pH=2.5) which contains 1.8–15.0μg of copper is placed in a separatory funnel together with 0,6 ml of an alcoholic reagent solution (30 mg/25 ml) and 1 g of solid sodium sulfite. The volume is made up to 10 ml with deionised water and extracted with the same volume of butylacetate. The measurement of the extract is then made at 455 nm.
