Zusammenfassung

Die Methode zur Bestimmung der S-Alkylgruppen, die auf der Behandlung der organischen Substanz mit siedender Jodwasserstoffsäure beruht, ist nur für eine sehr beschränkte Anzahl von Verbindungen mit Erfolg anwendbar.

Summary

The treatment of organic substances with boiling hydroiodic acid for determining S-alkyl groups is applicable successfully only on a very small number of compounds.
