Résumé

Ce travail décrit une méthode de dosage sélective de la chlorpheniramine mélangée à d'autres antihistaminiques. Cette méthode élimine d'abord les autres antihistaminiques par le réactif de Mayer et le chloroforme, et dose ensuite la chlorphéniramine par K2[Co(SCN)4] employé sans solvant.

Zusammenfassung

Eine Methode zur selektiven Bestimmung von Chlorpheniramin in Mischungen mit anderen Antihistaminika wurde beschrieben. Sie beruht auf deren Abtrennung mit Hilfe von Mayers Reagens und Chloroform und der nachfolgenden kolorimetrischen Bestimmung des Chlorpheniramins nach Zugabe von festem Kobaltnitrat und Kaliumthiocyanat.

Summary

This paper describes a method for the selective determination of chlorpheniramine mixed with other antihistaminics. This procedure first removes the other antihistaminics by the Mayer reagent and chloroform, and then determines the chlorpheniramine by means of K2[Co(SCN)4] used with no solvent.
