Die Mikrobestimmung der 17-Ketosteroide im Harn

Zusammenfassung

Nach einer Stellungnahme zu den bisher üblichen Methoden für die Bestimmung der 17-Ketosteroide im Harn wird ein modifiziertes Verfahren beschrieben, das bei größter Zeit und Materialersparnis allen Ansprüchen an Genauigkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit genügt.

Summary

After a critical examination of the methods commonly employed previously, a modified method is described for determining the 17-ketosteroids in urine. It satisfies all demands with respect to accuracy and reproducibility with much saving of time and material.

Résumé

Après une mise au point des méthodes utilisées jusqu'à maintenant pour doser les céto-I7 stéroïdes dans l'urine, on décrit un procédé modifié satisfaisant pour l'exactitude et la reproductibilité, avec une plus grande économie de temps et de matière première.
