Zusammenfassung

Die mikrorefraktometrische Methode nachKofler wurde auf die Komponentenbestimmung 19 binärer Arzneimittelgemische angewendet. Bei 9 Gemischen war es möglich, die Bestimmung im ganzen Konzen-trationsbereich durchzuführen, bei 5 Gemischen nur teilweise. Bei weiteren 5 Gemischen war diese Methode nicht anwendbar.

Summary

TheKofler microrefraetometric method was used for determining the components of 19 binary mixtures of medicinals. In 9 cases it was possible to accomplish the determination over the entire range of concentrations, but only partially in 5 cases. The method was found inapplicable in 5 cases.

Résumé

La méthode microréfractométrique deKofler a été appliquée à la détermination des composants de 19 mélanges médicamenteux binaires. Pour 9 d'entre eux la détermination était possible dans tout le domaine des concentrations et pour 5 autres dans un domaine partiel. Pour les 5 derniers cette méthode était inapplicable.
