Summary
The Chromatographic separation and identification with the aid of the three indicated mobile systems and four different methods of chromatogram development led to reliable results for the 169 amines tested. The separations are very distinct, the flecks are round and sharp. The solvent systems are so chosen that they can accomplish definite services even in systematic analyses, since it is possible to learn from the Chromatographic behavior how many sulfo- or amino groups are present per molecule. The propanolic system S3 serves only for supplementing the systemS 2in which the diamino compounds show too low Rf-values.
