Zusammenfassung
Die Herstellung von Mikropipetten aus Polyäthylen mit Volumina von 0,4 bis 10μl wird beschrieben. Die Pipetten sind einfacher auf ein bestimmtes Volumen zu eichen als Konstriktionspipetten gleicher Größenordnung und haben mit durchschnittlich ±0,4% eine deutlich geringere Streuung.
Summary
A description is given of the manufacture of polyethylene pipettes with capacities of 0.4–10μl. The pipettes are more easily calibrated to a definite volume than constriction pipettes of the same order of size and they have a distinctly lower deviation with an average of ±0.4%.

Description de la fabrication de micropipettes en polyéthylène pour des volumes de 0,4 à 10μl. Ces pipettes sont plus faciles à étalonner à un volume déterminé que les pipettes à étranglement de capacités équivalentes; la dispersion moyenne est relativement faible, elle est égale à ±0,4%.
