The ultraviolet spectrophotometric determination of phosphorus as molybdovanadophosphoric acid in an organic solvent

  • Published:
Microchimica Acta Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

A rapid, sensitivive, and reliable ultraviolet Spectrophotometric procedure for the determinationμg amounts of orthophosphate has been developed. The procedure involves the formation of molybdovanadophosphoric acid, extraction with 1-pentanol and measurement at 308 nm.
