The properties of dithiocarbamates A Review

  • Published:
Microchimica Acta Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

A review of the properties of dithiocarbamates is presented in which a comparison is made of the properties of mono- and dialkyldithiocarbamates. The various sections deal with the synthesis of dithio-carbamates, their stability in acidic and alkaline solution, their reaction with oxidising agents, their spectra, polarographic behaviour and uses, and with analytical methods for their determination.
