Summary
A paper-electrophoretic study was made of the precipitate of the sublimate test forγ globulin. It was found: 1) the positive test is specific only for increased globulin fractions; 2) other globulin fractions, even in strongly increased concentrations, are not carried down by the sublimate test; 3) the sublimate test shows the possibility of obtaining and isolating larger amounts ofγ-globulin from the serum.
