Zusammenfassung

Eine Mikromethode zur spezifischen Bestimmung von Triglycerid, Diglycerid oder Monoglycerid wurde beschrieben. Nach Extraktion der Gesamtlipide wird eine vollständige Trennung an Kieselgelplatten erreicht. Das Lipid wird mit der enzymatischen Glycerinbestimmung quantitativ erfaßt.

Summary

Triglyceride, diglyceride and monoglyceride in extracts from serum or tissue can be estimated specifically by a micromethod described here. Following extraction with chloroform-methanol, the lipid is separated by thinlayer chromatography, the lipid is taken off the plates by suction with special filter funnels and eluted with dry diethylether. The purified lipid is quantitated by enzymatic glycerol estimation.
