Photometrische Bestimmung von Gold und Kobalt mit Pyridin-2-aldoxim

Zusammenfassung

Eine photometrische Bestimmung kleiner Mengen Gold und Kobalt mit Pyridin-2-aldoxim wird beschrieben. Gold gibt mit dem Reagens ein gelb gefärbtes Chelat, das bei 420 nm in schwach saurem Medium vermessen wird, während der ebenfalls gelb gefärbte Kobaltkomplex an der Absorptionsflanke am besten bei 380 nm bestimmt wird, p_H-Abhängigkeit, zeitlicher Verlauf und Zusammensetzung der Komplexe werden ebenso wie Störeinflüsse verschiedener Kationen auf das Reagens untersucht.

Summary

A description is given of a photometric determination of small quantities of gold and cobalt with pyridine-2-aldoxime. Gold reacts with this reagent to give a yellow chelate that is measured at 420 nm in weakly acid medium, whereas the cobalt complex, which likewise is yellow, is best determined at the absorption flank at 380 nm. Studies are being made of the p_H-dependence, the time factor and the composition of the complexes and also of the interfering effect of various cations on the reagent.

On décrit un dosage photométrique de petites quantités d'or et de cobalt par l'aldoxime-2 pyridine. L'or donne avec le réactif un chélate coloré en jaune, qui permet la mesure à 420 nm en milieu acide faible, tandis que le complexe du cobalt coloré également en jaune est dosé sur les flancs de la courbe d'absorption, au mieux à 380 nm. On a étudié l'influence du P_H, l'évolution dans le temps et la composition du complexe, ainsi que l'influence gênante de divers cations sur le réactif.
