Zusammenfassung
Die Abtrennung der Nuklide Pu, Am, Cm und Cf in pCi-Mengen aus biologischem Material duroh Extraktion mit Di-athyl-hexylphosphat (HDEHP) wird besehrieben. Eine Identifizierung der einzelnen Transurane ist nach gemeinsamer trägerfreier Präparierung durch elektrolytische Abscheidung und anschließendeα-Spektrometrie möglich. Mit dieser Methode konnen weniger als 0,2 pCi eines Nuklids bestimmt werden.
Summary
The separation of the nuclides Pu, Am, Cm, and Cf in pCi-amounts from biological material by extraction with di-ethyl-hexyl-phosphate (HDEHP) is described. It is possible to identify individually the transuranic elements after joint carrier-free preparation by electrolytic deposition and subsequentα-spectrometry. Amounts below 0.2 pCi of a nuclide can be determined by this method.
