Zusammenfassung
Die Verwendung von Glutaconaldehyd als Reagens zum Tüpfelnachweis von sekundären aromatischen und Vinylaminen sowie von Indol und seinen Derivaten wurde beschrieben. Ein Nachweis von Tryptophan nach dessen Überführung in β-Indolylmilchsäure wird empfohlen.
Summary
A description is given of the use of glutaconic aldehyde as reagent for the spot test detection of secondary aromatic and vinylamines, and also of indole and its derivatives. It is recommended that tryptophan be detected following its conversion into β-indolyl lactic acid.
Résumé
On décrit l'emploi de l'aldéhyde glutaconique comme réactif en analyse á la touche des aminés secondaires aromatiques et vinyliques ainsi que de l'indole et de ses dérivés. On recommande une recherche du tryptophane d'aprés sa transformation en acide β-indolyllactique.
