Eine neue Tüpfelreaktion für Zinn mit Morin

Zusammenfassung

Zinn(II)- und Zinn(IV)hydroxyd bilden mit Morin eine gegen Essigsäure resistente Haugrün fluoreszierende Adsorptionsverbindung. Die Anwendung dieser Fluoreszenzreaktion in der Tüpfelanalyse wird beschrieben. Die Empfindlichkeit der Reaktion beträgtpD=6,0.

Bei Anwesenheit von Aluminium, Antimon(III) und Zirkon, deren Hydroxyde sich analog verhalten wie Zinnhydroxyd, muß zur Prüfung auf Zinn von einer sulfalkalischen Lösung ausgegangen werden.

Summary

Tin(II) and tin(IV) hydroxydes form blue acetic acid resistant adsorption compounds with morine. These products fluoresce blue-green. The application of this fluorescence reaction in spot test analysis is described. The sensitivity of the reaction ispD=6.0.

When aluminum, antimony(III) and zircon are present, whose hydroxydes behave analogously to tin hydroxyde, the test for tin must proceed from a sulfalkaline solution.

Résumé

Les hydroxydes de Sn(II) et Sn(IV) forment avec le morin un composé d'adsorption fluorescent en vert-bleu et résistant vis-à-vis de l'acide acétique. L'emploi de cette réaction de fluorescence en analyse à la touche est décrit. La sensibilité de la réaction s'élève àpD=6,0. En présence d'aluminium, antimoine-III et zirconium dont les hydroxydes se comportent comme celui d'étain, l'essai pour l'étain doit être effectué en solution sulfo-alcaline.
