Soviet Physics Journal Aims and scope

Abstract

The effect of repetitive deformation on the dielectric loss tangent tanδ and permittivity ɛ of alkali—halide dielectrics was studied. A definite correlation has been established between the trends of tanδ and ɛ on the one hand and the number of deformation cycles as well as the character of changes in the dislocation structure on the other.
