Abstract
Computed expressions for certain coulomb and noncoulomb sums of the power law of interaction in complex lattices have been obtained by calculating the first, second, and third derivatives of the interaction energy of the particles from the components of the homogeneous deformation and the internal displacements. The formulas have been used to calculate the coulomb and noncoulomb sums for the ideal wurtzite-type lattice.
