Summary

A spectrophotometric method has been developed for the micro-determination of Cu(II), Bi(III) and Fe(III) as their morpholine-4-carbodithioates, by their adsorption on solid naphthalene and dissolution in chloroform. The method can be applied to the determination of iron in alloys and minerals, and of copper in alloys and biological samples.

Zusammenfassung

Ein spektrophotometrisches Verfahren zur Mikrobestimmung von Cu(II), Bi(III) und Fe(III) in Form ihrer Morpholin-4-carbodithioate nach deren Adsorption an festes Naphthalin und Auflösung in Chloroform wurde ausgearbeitet. Diese Methode ist für die Bestimmung von Eisen in Legierungen und Mineralen sowie für die Bestimmung von Kupfer in Legierungen und biologischen Proben verwendbar.
