Summary

Tributyl-, dibutyl- and triphenyltin cations are separated by ion-exchange HPLC and determined by a post-column reaction with morin in a micellar solution. The calibration curves are linear from 0.046 to 7.25 μg/ml. Limits of detection are: 0.93 ng Sn for TBT, 1.49 for TPhT and 25.3 for DBT.
